Key Responsibilities
Engineering Operations:

• Assist the Engineer manager in coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the engineering team.
• Maintain and update records for maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with hotel standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.

Project and Maintenance Coordination:

• Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance for equipment, facilities, and guest rooms.
• Support engineering staff in addressing guest service requests promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of energy consumption, utility usage, and maintenance logs.
• Generate reports on engineering performance and submit them to the Engineering manager.
• Organize and manage technical documentation, including manuals, safety protocols, and compliance certificates.

Team Support:

• Schedule team meetings, training sessions, and safety drills for the engineering department.
• Act as a point of contact for other hotel departments to coordinate maintenance or repair work with minimal disruption to operations.
• Assist in ordering and managing the inventory of spare parts and supplies.

Guest Experience:

• Ensure that all maintenance activities align with the hotel’s commitment to delivering a seamless luxury guest experience.
• Work with the engineering team to quickly address and resolve any issues affecting guest satisfaction.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
