About the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager with managerial work experience; you will manage a team during your shift, so relevant work experience is required. Our core team consists of professionals with passion and experience and there is a nice, informal working atmosphere. You are also co-responsible for ensuring, improving and continuing the quality and service that we find important at The Lobby.

You will support and assist the restaurant manager in the daily management and training of the team and you will also join the management team of The Lobby. Besides working in the restaurant you can also be positioned behind the scenes for various back office tasks. Expertise and all-round availability are what best describe this position. 

About you!

• Part- or full-time availability (including one weekend day); 

• Relevant management experience;

• Are reasonably flexible in days and times around a basic schedule;

• Wine knowledge is a plus;

• Have like us an unbridled love for good food and wine.
